The Ultralight wine glass is mouth-blown and handcrafted, using a sophisticated technique that enhances lightness. Special attention has been given to the shape of the glass which has been designed for each different wine: white, red, young, aged, aromatics, spirits, liqueurs, sparkling wines and champagne. The wine glass is mouth blown by skilled glassblowers. The fine optic effect is achieved by making impressions in the glass while it is still molten. The fine stem is drawn from the bowl of the glass and the foot is shaped using a wooden tool and applied by hand. The rim is fire-polished to achieve a smooth finish.
